These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online via our website. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions’. All transactions with The Stock Shop Ltd. will be governed by these terms and conditions. All references to the ‘company’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ will refer to The Stock Shop Ltd. All references to the customer shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company. All references to the website shall include reference to all URL’s owned by The Stock Shop Ltd.
All prices are shown in (£) pounds Sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated otherwise. It is our policy to offer goods at the most reasonable price possible, however, if, due to circumstances beyond our control, we deem it necessary to alter any advertised price, we reserve the right to do so without prior notice.
All payments are processed by Amazon and we therefore accept the following payment methods:
Credit card: Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard and American Express credit cards.
Debit card: Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard and American Express debit cards. UK-based only Maestro and Solo cards.

Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service. All delivery charges shown are for 2 to 3 day delivery of items in stock, to U.K. mainland only. Please refer to the section on Delivery for times and charges for areas outside U.K. mainland. All delivery conditions and charges are subject to change without prior notice. Our appointed carrier, The Royal Mail will make every effort to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales. Our delivery service is fully tracked, providing you peace of mind as you will have the ability to track your order through the delivery process. At the point of delivery if you are not available to sign for your order, The Royal Mail will leave a “sorry we missed you” card with clear instructions for you to follow to make alternative delivery or collection options.
Products are sold singly unless otherwise stated. Where goods are sold in multiple packs or assorted selection packs this will be noted on the product page. Every effort is made to ensure the colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product. Due to technical limitations, some colours may vary. We reserve the right to substitute goods of a similar type to fulfil your order if stock level permit. Where selection packs have been purchased we cannot guarantee the variety of the goods.
Outstanding orders can be cancelled at any time. In instances where payment has already been made, an alternative or refund in full for the goods concerned will be given. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, or failure to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those goods, which are shown to have not been received by the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from The Stock Shop Ltd. We aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times.
If you wish to return goods you have decided not to keep, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of your packing sheet or a note of your order ID and where possible be accompanied by original packaging. Customers should arrange their own return courier. After we have established that the goods are unused and undamaged, you will be refunded the entire order price.
Distance Selling Regulations
You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused goods purchased through the website under the distance selling regulations. This does not apply to pierced jewellery or underwear or any perishable goods.
All returned goods must be in an unused, resalable condition and be accompanied by the original labels or ticketing. You must take reasonable care of the goods, and re-package them with care to avoid damage during transit. Goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice to cancel. Once we have received your return we will refund you for the items included.
We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire and legislation. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the customer’s liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.
Any information displayed on our website or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.
Pricing and Print Errors
Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors or omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
Ownership of Goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of The Stock Shop Ltd. until full and final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received.
Our office is open between the hours of 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. An immediate response cannot be guaranteed outside of these hours, but please leave a message and we will respond as soon as possible.
